❓ How does the stroke-by-stroke letter guide work?
Every letter, uppercase and lowercase, is built from the strokes a pencil actually makes, in writing order. The board lights up one stroke at a time, marks where to begin with a blue dot and where to finish with an arrow, and greys out the strokes still to come. Press Watch it write to see the whole letter drawn at pencil speed first.
❓ How does Count & Write teach counting?
A group of objects appears and the child taps each one. It dims and takes a number, so every number lands on exactly one object — the one-to-one matching that counting rests on. The total is then stated in words (there are 6 cookies altogether), and they write that numeral on the guided lines. Numbers run from 1 to 10.
❓ Does it check whether my child traced the letter correctly?
Yes. Each stroke is measured against the guide path for staying on the line, covering the whole stroke, and going the right way. A stroke that misses is lifted back off the pad with a specific hint, and the star is only awarded once every stroke is done — of the letter, or of the whole name.
❓ How do I generate custom name sheets?

The sky-blue headline, dashed midline, and solid green baseline are the early-education standard. They teach letter proportion: tall letters (b, d, k, l, t), short letters (a, c, e, o), and letters that drop below the line (g, j, p, q, y).

Yes. Tracing is tuned for finger, stylus, and Apple Pencil input on iPads, Android tablets, and Chromebooks, and the drawing surface will not scroll the page out from under a child's hand.
